Life & Style Magazine, published a story claiming that an inside source told them: “They’ve been out a few times,” and “They’re totally into each other,” of the rumors that Karina Smirnoff and Owen Wilson hooking up. Now, Karina’s pals want to put the rumors to rest, as one has come forward and told E!Online: “There is nothing there. They ran into each other once randomly. They are friends but not dating at all.”
Owen Wilson, who is known for his roles in hit movies such as Meet The Parents, Zoolander, and as the voice of Lightning McQueen from Disney’s Cars, split from his girlfriend last year, only five months after she gave birth to the couple’s child, while Karina Smirnoff recently split from her fiance Brad Penny back in December.
There has been no official comment from either Karina Smirnoff or Owen Wilson to confirm or deny the rumors. Could this be a friendship blown out of proportion?
